There are some properties whose titles had incomplete
details, faults or some other deficiencies at the time of
the system converted to Land Titles. These problems
precluded the property from being placed in the new system.
These properties are referred to as non converts.
At the time of a future sale of these properties or some other transaction ie.
Mortgaging the property, title must be fixed.
We provide this service of conversion. From working with
the ministry staff, to preparing the documentation, reviewing with client to
